Travel The RN position is responsible for generalsupervision and coordination of the activities of nursing personnelon days, evening, nights, and on weekends and holidays, in order toensure quality and continuity of patient care; accepts and supportsthe philosophy, purpose and objectives of Baptist Health and theDepartment of Nursing. Position Qualifications Position requiressuccessful passage of RN examination, a current AL nursing licenseand 1 year of experience in area applied for. Bachelors Degree inNursing preferred. Additional specialty certification for assignedunit as applicable (PALS, ACLS, BLS and NIHSS.). Ability toobserve, assesses, and record work, safety and infection controlstandards. Ability to work both independently and in a teamenvironment. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
