On a typical day, 5A has 24patients with a 1:6 nurse/patient ratio and 1:10 CA/patient ratio.
We serve the general population of hospitalized patients with avariety of conditions. The conditions include illnesses, surgery,testing, and observation patients. We take care of patients withcomorbidities like diabetes, hypertension, stroke, renal andpsychiatric issues. Qualifications:
Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license andpossess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school(Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Additional requirements include:
