On a typical day, 5A has24 patients with a 1:6 nurse/patient ratio and 1:10 CA/patientratio. We serve the general population of hospitalized patientswith a variety of conditions. The conditions include illnesses,surgery, testing, and observation patients. We take care ofpatients with comorbidities like diabetes, hypertension, stroke,renal and psychiatric issues. Qualifications:

Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license andpossess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school(Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Additional requirements include:
