Services offered include chestpain and stroke care; surgical services, including minimallyinvasive surgery; orthopedics, including rehabilitation; andpsychiatric care. Job SummaryThis role provides direct clinical patient care. Therole will assume responsibility for assessing, planning,implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a pershift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible forsupervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. Therole is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe andappropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, andappropriate resource management related to patient care. Job Responsibilities-Active and current registered nurse license inthe state of residence/practice-Effective interpersonal andcommunication skills -Ability to serve as role model and advocatefor the professional discipline of nursing
