Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical to join our team at Medical Talent, LLC. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment. Your expertise will help us fulfill our commitment to supporting healthcare facilities and enhancing patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting, ensuring safety and comfort. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Perform assessments and document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (Epic). Assist with procedures and treatments as needed, including airway management and trauma care. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge instructions. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in acute care or medical/surgical nursing preferred. Strong skills in medication administration and venipuncture. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Epic, is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
