• No Dialysis experience is required
• One year RN experiencerequired
• Training may take place in a facility or a trainingclinic other than your assigned home clinic
• Float to variousclinics during and after your training
• You must have a flexibleschedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, andholiday What you can expect:
• Build meaningful and long termrelationships with patients and their family in an intimateoutpatient setting.
• Be a part of a team that supports and relieson each other in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patientswho are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which requireunique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range ofnursing skills and knowledge.
• Oversee a group of patients withthe support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuringstats and machine set up.
• You will work with your head, heart andhands each day in a fast paced environment.

Requirements:

• AssociatesDegree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursingrequired; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-yeardiploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted fornursing degree
• You might also have experience in the followingthat can be helpful but not required
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU),Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical(Med Surg) experience
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) orCertified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) DaVita is a clinical leader!
