Job Description
JOB INFORMATION
The Home Care Services Nurse is a permanent, full-time position with the Alabama Department of Public Health (www.adph.org). Positions are offered statewide. This is professional nursing work in a home care program.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
(S) Bachelors degree from an accredited• college or university in Nursing. OR Associates degree from an accredited• college or university in Nursing or diploma in Nursing Two years of professional nursing experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
(S) Possession of a license to practice professional nursing as issued by the Alabama Board of Nursing. Applicants must include their license number on their application. NOTE(S) Overnight travel is required for some positions. If your application states you have a college degree, the Alabama Department of Public Health requires documentation verifying possession of the degree prior to employment.
