What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients based on individualized needs
Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate on care plans
Document observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
Educate patients and families in both English and Spanish as needed
Supervise LPNs, PCAs, and other support personnel
Participate in shift handoffs, huddles, and performance improvement efforts

Areas of Assignment May Include:

Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
Emergency Department
Cardiac Care / Telemetry
Women’s and Children’s Services (NICU, L&D, Pediatrics)
Perioperative / PACU

Minimum Qualifications:

Nursing degree from an accredited school in Puerto Rico
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Puerto Rican citizenship qualifies)
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
NCLEX not required to apply — job offer contingent upon passing
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain
