Registered Nurse (RN) Position Available In Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Registered Nurse (RN) SEARK Children’s Clinic, PLLC 702 H L Ross Dr, Monticello, AR 71655 The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to patients. The RN uses clinical judgment to manage a range of patient conditions, collaborates with the healthcare team, and advocates for patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patient symptoms, conditions, and responses to treatment. Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other medical professionals. Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols. Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving procedures when necessary. Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Arkansas. Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Current BLS/CPR certification. Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. At least one year of Clinical experience is required. Pediatric experience is preferred.
