7am-7pm (Day Shift) Job Description OurCardiac Medical Unit is a 42-bed unit concentrating on CardiacTelemetry. Nurses in this area have a 1:6 ratio and provideunparalleled care to predominately cardiac patients requiringtreatment for chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, orother various cardiac arrhythmias. In addition, this unit willfurther provide care to a variety of medical patients withpneumonia, GI issues, COPD, diabetes, and occasional stroke, aswell as surgical patients. Our dedicated team of nursing andancillary staff provides patient-centered care to support eachspecialized patient’s recovery with the goal of reaching optimalpatient outcomes for all.
