Summary We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical to join our dynamic team at Medical Talent, LLC. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support during their recovery process. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team. Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, including spinal taps and dialysis. Provide ostomy care and educate patients on self-care techniques. Perform phlebotomy procedures for blood draws as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Proven experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as relevant nursing procedures. Ability to perform specialized skills such as spinal taps, dialysis, and gastric lavage effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
