Job Description
Travel RN (urgently hiring) Profilesquad Alabama One of our premium clients is seeking motivated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate openings across the state of Alabama.
DUTIES :
Provide direct patient care based on individualized needs and facility protocols Administer medications, IVs, and other prescribed treatments accurately Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff for optimal care delivery Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the patient chart Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and aftercare Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards Travel to new locations as assigned (assignments typically 8-13 weeks)
