NOW HIRING RN/LPN/MA TO ASSIST PHYSICIAN/SURGEON IN BUSY UROLOGY CLINIC

Urologic Specialists is seeking a full-time nurse in our Ft. Smith clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate clinical knowledge in assessing, planning, implementing documenting and evaluating care.
• Triage and apply a collaborative team approach in identifying, analyzing and resolving patient care problems.
• Able to work one on one with physician on a daily basis to effectively run the clinic. Duties included, but are not limited to; scheduling surgeries, labs, and outpatient radiology, tracking test results, assisting MA with rooming patients, and managing phone calls.
• Demonstrates effective patient safety techniques and infection control.
• Works as part of the clinic team in an effective and efficient manner to accomplish daily objectives.
• Performs technical services/procedures according to nursing standards and protocols.
• Demonstrates effective and accurate verbal, written and electronic communication, and participates in clinic initiatives and operations.

Qualifications:

Licensure:

RN, LPN or MA

Certifications:

Current BLS Certification required before assigned to care for patients independently.

Preferred Experience:

Medical office experience preferred. -Salary based on skill level and urology experience

• Must pass pre-employment examination.
