MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation from accredited nursing program and requires currentNursing License in the state where working and active BLScertification. o Required to have and maintain the credentialsrequired per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc).
• Minimumof eighteen (18) months
• two (2) years of recent clinicalexperience, depending on your specialty, in the area in which youwork. Knowledge of nursing theory, practice and age specific needsas demonstrated by successful completion of introductoryorientation behaviors for Registered Nurse.
• Interpersonal skillsnecessary to initiate and maintain collegial relationships withcoworkers and therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Critical thinking skills necessary to perform principal dutiesand responsibilities of job description.
• Ability to concentrateand pay close attention to detail when planning and performingprofessional nursing care.
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
• Must be comfortable operating in acollaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Must possess apersonal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty,integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivateothers to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, andvalues of Trinity Health.
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at aTrinity Health facility.
• Ability to complete the orientation andtraining. We have different options to choose from that will meetyour schedule.
• Facility specific requirements may be furtherrequested.
