Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pediatric care in collaboration with physicians Conduct assessments, perform interventions, and coordinate referrals Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, quality improvement, and peer review Build trusted relationships through culturally competent care and communication Document care accurately and timely in the EMR system
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Pediatric NP or APRN program Active Connecticut APRN license (or eligible), DEA and controlled substance registration Pediatric experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply Bilingual in Spanish preferred Strong documentation, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
