Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) unit in Stafford, Connecticut . This is a 12-hour night shift position, ideal for RNs passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Nights (12 hours)

Schedule:

3 nights/week with rotating weekends (as needed) Possibility of Extension or Full-Time Conversion based on performance and facility need

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards Monitor and document patient condition and response to treatment Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans

Requirements:

Active RN license in Connecticut (or compact state) Minimum BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
