Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct comprehensive patient history assessments to guide personalized care. + Accurately interpret lab data and relay results with clarity. + Offer empathetic follow-up instructions and reassurance to patients. + Perform advanced telephone triage, providing guidance and peace of mind. + Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, embryologists, and care teams to ensure optimal patient experiences. + Contribute to innovative fertility research initiatives. + Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Valid RN license. + Experience in triage, patient scheduling, and EMR systems. + A calm, confident demeanor on calls and a warm, professional presence in person. + A team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for women’s health and reproductive medicine.

Bonus Skills:

+ Knowledge of quality assurance procedures. + Ability to mentor and train new clinical staff. + Experience with inventory and supply management.

Schedule & Work Environment:

+ Temporary full-time position for 3-4 months. + 40 hours/week, weekday shifts. + Weekend availability: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. + Work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team. + Ideal for RNs looking to specialize or transition into a rewarding clinical or administrative healthcare role.
