Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient history assessments to guide personalized care. Accurately interpret lab data and relay results with clarity. Offer empathetic follow-up instructions and reassurance to patients. Perform advanced telephone triage, providing guidance and peace of mind. Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, embryologists, and care teams to ensure optimal patient experiences. Contribute to innovative fertility research initiatives. Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation. ????
What We’re Looking For:
Valid RN license. Experience in triage, patient scheduling, and EMR systems. A calm, confident demeanor on calls and a warm, professional presence in person. A team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for women’s health and reproductive medicine. ????
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of quality assurance procedures. Ability to mentor and train new clinical staff. Experience with inventory and supply management. ????
Schedule & Work Environment:
Temporary full-time position for 3-4 months. 40 hours/week, weekday shifts.
Weekend availability:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team.
