Job Description
Trinity Health Of New England seeks a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Cardiovascular team. This is a Cardiovascular Inpatient/Outpatient Advanced Practitioner opportunity in the Hartford Connecticut region. Join an established and growing interdisciplinary Cardiology team of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers focused on patients requiring interventional cardiovascular care including peripheral vascular, coronary, and structural heart procedures.
Daily responsibilities include:
Inpatient cardiovascular procedural consultations. Seeing outpatients in office-based settings throughout the Hartford area, one outpatient center per day with Saint Francis Hospital as the hub. Pre and post op evaluations prior to cardiovascular procedures Providing same-day access to care.
The successful candidate:
Is interested in cardiac care with a specific interest in cardiovascular procedures. Has cardiology experience (preferred but not required). Will have a Connecticut state advanced practice nurse or physician assistant license. The area of
