Paid same day Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including assisted living facilities and hospitals. This role requires a strong commitment to patient assessment, health coaching, and adherence to medical standards. The Nurse will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and health history evaluations. Provide health coaching to patients and their families, promoting wellness and preventive care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Perform medical documentation accurately and timely to maintain comprehensive patient records. Assist with case management by coordinating care among multiple providers and services. Utilize neonatal ventilators when necessary, ensuring proper operation and monitoring of patients. Execute suturing techniques as required for wound care and surgical procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in hospital medicine to enhance patient recovery processes. Requirements Valid nursing license in the state of practice. Proven experience in patient care within assisted living or hospital settings is preferred. Strong understanding of medical documentation standards and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of health coaching techniques to support patient education initiatives. Familiarity with neonatal ventilators is a plus but not mandatory. Experience in case management is desirable but not required.
