JobSummary:

Provides holistic, quality and cost-effective nursing carefor patients/families and/or others for a patient population withina unit, service or other primary area of practice with an awarenessof the episode of care. Applies the nursing process within thecontext of the organization’s Framework for Professional Practice.

Functions as clinically competent. Delegates and supervises workappropriately. Reports to Unit Manager. Qualifications CurrentConnecticut RN License. Graduate of an accredited nursing school(BSN Required or MSN preferred) BLS certification by the AmericanHeart Association required prior to date of hire.
