Job Description The Nurse Coordinator isresponsible for coordinating all clinical functions, nursingpractice, and the standards of care related to the delivery ofpatient care within the Breast Ambulatory locations. Registerednurse serving as a collaborative resource and program leader forpatients and the Breast Surgery team. Works to assess patient’sindividual needs, connecting and referring them to appropriatesupportive services and resources. Works collaboratively with thephysicians and administrative leadership teams regardingimplementation of new services, locations, staff education andtraining and quality projects. Provides regional support to Breastand subspecialties to enhance patient throughput, experience andoutcomes. Travel required 1 day a week to Cheshire officeQualifications Bachelor of Science, Nursing (BSN) 5 years or moreas a Registered Nurse.
