Join this amazing patient centered community-based healthcare organization looking to add a Nurse Practitioner for General Surgery services near the coastline of Connecticut!
Opportunity:
Seeking a mid-level provider to provide support to surgical services at hospital. Provide first and second assist as needed to attending surgeons in the operating room Manage patients in post-op recovery and on inpatient units Assist with surgical consults as needed Assist with discharge orders on surgical patients as needed Registered Nurse First Assist will be required for Nurse Practitioners applying for the role
Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures. Generous paid time off includes vacation, holidays, sick time and CME. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401k with employer match and CME allowance
