Admissions Registered Nurses within the East Haven and New Haven, CT area.
We Offer:
Competitive Weekly Pay Start of care visits: weekday
- $100 / weekends
- $110 Flexible Schedules!
Per Diem Defined Productivity Fixed Service Areas Travel Reimbursement Paid Time Off Health / Dental / Vision Insurance 401K Admissions Nurse (RN) Case Managers oversee all medical services our clients receive which includes nursing, physical / occupational therapy, and home health aides. This begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment and creation of a specialized care plan, consistent with recommendations from the hospital, skilled nursing facility, and primary care physician. Direct nursing services include periodic health assessments, teaching, skilled intervention, care coordination, and medication management. All of this takes place in the client’s home! Utopia provides a full spectrum of nursing services such as Medical / Surgical, Wound Care, Orthopedic Care, and Behavioral Health. This position requires patience, compassion, and a desire to care for those who need it most, just like family . Behavioral Health experience At least 1 year of experience in a home care setting Bilingual in English and Spanish No home care experience? That’s ok!
