Relocation offered! Minimum 3 years’ experience in MedSurg! Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring their comfort and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of various medical conditions and treatments, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Duties Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed. Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Assist in medical imaging procedures as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Support patients in memory care and assisted living settings when required. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Previous experience in a Medical/Surgical setting preferred Knowledge of pain management, trauma medicine, and medical imaging is desirable. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
