The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating neurological disorders, providing comprehensive patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. This role requires a deep understanding of the nervous system, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate neurological conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Perform medical documentation accurately and in compliance with standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex cases, including those involving patients with disabilities. Utilize knowledge of anatomy to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding neurological health. Maintain aseptic technique during procedures to ensure patient safety. Participate in medical-surgical procedures as necessary, ensuring adherence to best practices. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to the nervous system. Proficient in patient assessment techniques and medical documentation practices. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique needs. Competence in aseptic techniques to maintain high standards of patient care. Ability to work effectively in a medical office environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Knowledge of management is desirable but not mandatory.
