We want your knowledge and expertise! Job Summary andQualifications We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You wouldbe part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each otherwhile providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborativemanner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between severaldifferent areas across the nursing spectrum. What will you do in this role: Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy andconfidentiality Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments anddiagnosis Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuousimprovement

Job Requirements:

2years’of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute carehospital setting BSN is preferred Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 daysof employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days ofemployment start date Other-Fingerprint Required Registered Nurse Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered NurseDiplomaHCA Florida North Florida Hospital is a 523-bed,full-service medical and surgical acute care center. For over 49years, we have served North Central Florida. We offer comprehensivecardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, and neurosciences.
