Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required withsome in the last 12 months.
• 18 months of Critical Care Float Poolexperience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compactlicense (required for submission).
• This role will requirefloating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidatesliving

Additional Details:

Thisposition entails a night shift contract with designated shifts tochoose from, without the option for holidays or overtime. ResourceContract Staff are limited to working 3 shifts weekly (6 shiftsbi-weekly), with a possibility of schedule adjustments to meetorganizational needs.

The shifts are as follows:

3 shifts duringthe week: (in any order) Monday (night) Friday (night) Saturday(night), or Sunday (night) with the occasional option of Tuesday(night) Wednesday (night) or Thursday (night) dictated by staffingneeds. As an RN contract employee in the Resource Pool, you will berotating between our five campuses: Gainesville, Braselton,Lumpkin, Barrow, and Habersham. Additionally, Med Surg nurses maybe assigned to work in our system Emergency Rooms and Observationunits with Admitted patient holds. We recommend considering thedistance between these campuses and your accommodations duringoff-hours. EKG

• Comprehensive Float experience does not counttowards the unit experience requirement.

5 days maximum time off.
