Key Responsibilities:
Assist with
Unit Operations:
You will be responsible for overseeing the unit with the unit manager, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our patients consistently.
Daily Coordination:
Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments, to ensure smooth functioning.
Clinical Leadership:
Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Patient Care:
Assess and monitor patients’ physical and emotional needs regularly, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Family Communication:
Maintain open communication and collaboration with family members to address concerns and provide updates on the patients’ progress, fostering trust and transparency.
Qualifications:
Current RN License:
Possess a valid and current Registered Nurse license. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills in the field.
Leadership Skills:
Exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team in a dynamic healthcare environment.
