Summary As a Registered nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse at Dynamiks Home Care Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and professional home care services. This position is essential to our mission of enhancing the well-being of our clients and fostering strong family connections. Responsibilities Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions. Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities. Educate clients and their families on health management and medication administration. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assist in managing infectious disease protocols as needed. Support clients with developmental disabilities by promoting independence and well-being. Qualifications Valid RN or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Florida. Experience in medication administration and patient monitoring. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to home health care. Ability to provide compassionate care while building genuine relationships with clients. Experience in urgent care or similar settings is a plus but not required. Familiarity with infectious disease management is highly desirable. Valid CPR and Driver license
