Autonomous Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Primary Care (Part-Time)

Location:

Margate, FL

Compensation:

$50 – $60/hour

About Us:

Our well-established outpatient primary care/internal medicine clinic is seeking a fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with 5+ years of primary care experience. Join a supportive, collaborative team focused on long-term management of chronic conditions, preventive care, and achieving top quality measures.

Responsibilities:

✅ See 20-25 patients per day in a fast-paced clinic
✅ Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses
✅ Perform comprehensive physical exams and preventive screenings
✅ Develop and implement patient management policies and care plans
✅ Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
✅ Meet

HEDIS/MRA

quality measures in a timely manner
✅ Maintain accurate records using eClinicalWorks
✅ Facilitate referrals to specialists as needed
✅ Communicate with physicians/specialists to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

✔️ Active & unrestricted Florida APRN or PA-C license
✔️ Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
✔️ 5+ years of outpatient primary care/internal medicine experience
✔️ Proven ability to see 20-25 patients per day
✔️ Proficiency with eClinicalWorks
✔️ Familiarity with HEDIS and Medicare Risk Adjustment
