Do you have natural people skills and a knack for networking? As our Home Health Sales Liaison , you will combine clinical expertise with sales savviness to drive the growth of our agency. You’ll be the face of our holistic innovative endeavor – visiting physicians and clinics to build referral partnerships, meeting prospective patients in their homes to explain our services and conduct initial assessments, and even contributing to our marketing and social media outreach. Responsibilities Build Referral Networks:

Visit physicians’ offices, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to establish and nurture referral relationships . Educate doctors and staff about our home health services (Medicare and concierge private-pay) and how we can benefit their patients.

Community Outreach:

Represent our agency at local health fairs, senior centers, and community events to increase awareness. Actively network with potential referral sources and client families, serving as an enthusiastic ambassador of our mission and services.

Prospective Patient Engagement:

Meet with prospective clients and families in their homes to explain our concierge care model and service offerings. Build trust with warm, consultative communication. Conduct intake assessments of new patients’ needs, medical history, and home environment to determine appropriate care plans.

Onboarding & Care Coordination:

Collaborate with the clinical team (including the Director of Nursing) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Complete required documentation and assist in developing initial care plans that meet each client’s personalized needs.

Sales Strategy & Goal Achievement:

Work closely with company leadership to develop and refine sales strategies and targets. Achieve or exceed referral and membership enrollment goals by following up on leads, tracking activities in our CRM, and continuously improving our outreach approach.

Marketing & Social Media Contribution:

Help shape our marketing message! Contribute content and ideas for social media posts, testimonials, and educational materials that highlight our services and success stories. Your on-the-ground insights will be valuable for our broader marketing efforts.

Travel:

Travel locally within Broward, Miami, and Palm Beach County to fulfill the above duties. (All travel expenses are covered, and a company car may be provided for your use.) You’ll manage your own schedule to efficiently cover physician visits and in-home consultations.

Qualifications Sales & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. You are friendly, confident, and able to build rapport quickly with physicians, patients, and families. Prior sales or business development experience (especially in healthcare) is highly desirable, but if you’re a natural relationship-builder with a passion for helping people, we’ll support you in developing sales skills.

Self-Starter:

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your time on the road. Results-driven and comfortable setting your own daily plans to meet weekly/monthly targets.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with Medicare home health services and terminology is helpful. Understanding of the South Florida healthcare market or referral landscape is a plus.

Tech Savvy:

Basic proficiency with computers and software – able to use email, documents, and a CRM to track contacts. Knowledge of marketing strategies with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram Canva, etc.)

Clinical Experience:

Nursing experience in home health, acute care, or community health setting is a plus but not required. (Experience conducting patient assessments and care planning is a strong plus.)

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel daily. (Company covers mileage and will provide a vehicle at a pre-determined milestone).

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:

Base salary $55,000-$60,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + commission on new client enrollments. On-target earnings for year one are $95,000+ with uncapped commission potential beyond that.

Travel Perks:

Company covers all travel expenses (mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use, or potential company car provided).

Work Environment:

This is a full-time field position based in Broward County. Enjoy autonomy in your day-to-day work with support from an enthusiastic startup team. You’ll have flexibility in scheduling your meetings and home visits, with the ability to occasionally work from home for planning and follow-up documentation.
