Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide private duty care for a 22-year-old male residing in North Port, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care, as well as a background in assisting individuals with quadriplegia.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nightly monitoring and management of trach and ventilator. Perform suctioning and equipment maintenance as needed. Assist with all aspects of personal care, including repositioning, hygiene, and safety. Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment. Document care provided and report any changes in condition to family or supervising provider.

Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
In compliance with state and Federal regulations
CPR
Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
