Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide private duty care for a 22-year-old male residing in North Port, Florida . The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care , as well as a background in assisting individuals with quadriplegia .
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nightly monitoring and management of trach and ventilator. Perform suctioning and equipment maintenance as needed. Assist with all aspects of personal care, including repositioning, hygiene, and safety. Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment. Document care provided and report any changes in condition to family or supervising provider.
