• As a Home Health RN for TEHC, you will: Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care Perform physical examinations and follow treatment plan Collect patient health history Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Skills:

Valid Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR Certification Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation Minimum 2 year Home Health Care experience Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to multitask Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks
