We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee and manage all nursing operations. Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support a team of registered nurses and nursing staff in a home health care setting. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain adherence to agency policies and procedures. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans and patient care protocols. Coordinate and supervise nursing activities, including assessments, patient care delivery, and monitoring patient outcomes. Participate in the hiring, training, and ongoing development of nursing staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Maintain clinical records and ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate. Oversee quality improvement initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in patient care services.
Requirements:
