Facilities RN Baylor Position Summary:
As a Registered Nurse at Preferred Care, you will: Be responsible for the care of your patients in their home. Follow physician’s orders and report changes in patient’s condition to their physician. Make scheduled visits and regularly re-evaluate the patient’s nursing needs, following the plan of treatment and revising it when necessary. Teach, supervise, and consult with the patient and family members in methods of meeting the nursing care needs and other related problems.
