2025 ICU RN Fellowship Program – Start Date Aug 11, 2025 NCH is committed to the growth and development of nurses within our health system, plus opportunities for new graduates and experienced acute care nurses outside of the NCH to apply to the ICU Nursing Fellowship. To support a nurse’s development in Critical Care Services, NCH has developed a fellowship program that supports transition to practice throughout the year. The program is 12-14 weeks, consisting of computer modules, simulation, and precepting within the ICU department in our Downtown campus. For the Aug Fellowship application, the window is open now through July 21, 2025.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates
WITHOUT ICU
experience that will complete the fellowship program BSN preferred. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. Required to sign a Fellowship agreement which includes a 2-year employment commitment to remain in Intensive Care Unit in a full-time position after completion of training.
