Be the Kind of Hemodialysis Nurse You Want to Be – Allin One Location Your role involves: Providing direct patient careto inpatients in need of hemodialysis. Providing direct patientcare to inpatients in need of hemodialysis. Supervising care andtreatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalizedcare plans, and addressing patient concerns. Building rewardingrelationships with patients by understanding their physical,mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery. Educatingnursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysisequipment, and hemodialysis standards of care. QualificationsCurrent RN licensures as required by state regulations. CPRcertification ACLS within 1 year of hire CRRN certificationpreferred (If you don’t have it, we can help you to obtain it!) 6months dialysis nursing experience required. 1 year of experiencein inpatient hospital setting preferred.
