Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to,experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at thetime of the offer. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care inaccordance with established policies, procedures and protocols ofthe healthcare organization.

• Implement and monitor patient careplans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition asappropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplinesfor well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physicianand nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient’s dischargeplanning needs with members of the healthcare team.

RequirementsLicensure / Certification /

Registration:

• BLS Provider obtainedwithin 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer daterequired. American Heart Association or American Red Crossaccepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board ofNursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• Advanced Life Support preferred.

American Heart Association orAmerican Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from anaccredited school/college of nursing OR Required professionallicensure at time of hire.
