Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading medical center in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing critical care to a diverse patient population and able to adapt to various ICU settings as needed. ICU Registered Nurse (RN)•Night Shift

 13 Weeks

Hours Per Week:

 36 hours

Shift:

 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM•7:00 AM)

Weekend Requirement:

 Every Other Weekend
Weekly Pay $1748 for 36 hours ($1100 not-taxable•$648 taxable)

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Float as needed to other ICU departments, including CVICU and Neuro ICU
Float to units below ICU level of care and manage patients to the level of the unit
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Florida (or compact license)
Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
