Specialized knowledge Knowledge of the Home Health Services Knowledge of computer clinical programs such EHR/EMR system(s) IV Wound care Skills & Abilities Great communication skills, both written and spoken. Bi-lingual preferred Patient and/or family education Strong organization skills and be detail oriented Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
