Shift:

12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM/ rotating weekends

We’re Hiring:

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Registered Nurses (RN)

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct and document patient assessments and care plans based on physician orders Deliver high-quality nursing care and maintain accurate clinical documentation Monitor and report on patient progress and changes in condition Administer treatments, medications, and emergency care as needed Maintain cleanliness and safety of the care environment Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care Provide support to families and advocate for patient needs

Preferred Experience:

IV therapy, pediatric and young adult care Ventilators, tracheostomy care, G-tube feeding Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills Critical thinking and time management

Qualifications:

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing Valid Florida RN or LPN license Current BLS/CPR certification (Red Cross or AHA) Experience in acute care, rehab, long-term care, home health, or hospice Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities Must be reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented Willingness to serve on the emergency disaster team (Team A, B, or C) Ready to Make a Difference?
