Mentor others. Help keep seniors safe at home. We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Caregiver Mentor . This is a non-clinical, part-time position supporting our home care team by conducting client assessments, caregiver training, and ensuring quality care for seniors in the community. What You’ll Do:

Conduct in-home, non-medical client assessments and care plan updates Train caregivers on safe techniques like transfers, gait belt use, and hoyer lift operation Perform periodic quality assurance visits and caregiver skills assessments Assign additional trainings to caregivers as needed Serve as a trusted resource for non-clinical client care concerns Keep accurate records of assessments, training sessions, and evaluations

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN license in Florida Nursing experience preferred Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology Enjoys making a difference and supporting caregivers in their roles Willingness to travel locally for client visits (mileage reimbursement provided)
