Banyan Medical Systems is hiring full-time Virtual Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Tampa Nursing Center. This is not a remote role —candidates must be able to work on-site at: 3101 W. Shift Details:

Full-time | 36 hours per week 12-hour shifts | Days or Nights available Rotating weekends & holidays Training Schedule (Week 1): 10 AM

Pay & Perks:

Base Pay:

$34.00/hr

Shift Differentials:

+$1.75/hr Nights +$2.25/hr Weekend Days +$4.00/hr Weekend Nights Bilingual (Spanish/English)

What You’ll Do:

Virtually support bedside nurses by handling non-direct care tasks Complete virtual assessments, documentation, and discharge planning Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Use multiple EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner) and healthcare applications Maintain accurate electronic documentation and ensure timely communication with patients and staff Support bedside teams with admissions, discharges, patient education, rounding, and medication reconciliation.

What We’re Looking For:

Active Florida Multi-State RN License

• Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Minimum 3 years of recent acute care experience (Med/Surg, ICU, PCU) Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher and comfort with multitasking in computer systems Proficient in Epic and/or Cerner
• Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong critical thinking and attention to detail BLS Certification (AHA)
• Required Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Preferred Hours of work: Shifts available Full Time
• 36 hours per week Rotating Weekends and holidays
