Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) Correctional Facilities in Sneads, FL Open shifts: RN/LPN opening : 0800-2030 or 2000-0830 Envista Health is a Medical Staffing company located in the Central, FL. We are currently looking for LPN or RN to help with open needs in the Sneads, FL surrounding area. Our contractors have the options to work when you want by currenting a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Contributes to the assessment of the health status of patients. Participates in the development and modification of a patient’s plan of care. Performs delegated tasks, activities and functions that are consistent with prior educational preparation and within scope of practice. Provides direct basic care to assign multiple clients within the structure of the healthcare program at their facility. Provides safe and effective nursing care and assumes responsibility for the care delivered. Implements patient education based on established teaching plans. Utilizes a problem solving approach as the basis for their decision making. Monitor offsite and onsite scheduling with a collaborative approach.
Credentials need the following:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) BLS (Basic Life Support) issued American Heart Association or American Red Cross 1-year Correctional Experience Required Must have
COVID-19
vaccination Card PPD, Immunization Record and Physical Statement Most be able to pass background check Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
