RN Cardiology Clinic Needed Urgently Central Florida Cardiovascular Center, PA 1691 Mayo Drive, Tavares, FL 32778 We are a busy Cardiovascular practice in Tavares. We have an immediate opening for a Surgery Scheduler in our office. In this position you will be responsible for all aspects of surgery scheduling, including but not limited to: Verifying patient eligibility and coverage Scheduling surgeries, hospital procedures, and pre/post-op appointments Discussing preoperative instructions with the patient, as directed by the physicians Obtaining all requested medical clearances, preoperative testing, lab and EKG results as indicated

Job Requirements:

Minimum 18 months experience with physician group practice EHR/EMR experience Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks with frequent interruption Working knowledge of medical insurances
