$34.97•$45.46 / hour Summary Lee Physician Group is seeking an experienced Pediatric RN to join their Pediatric Specialties team in the role of Ambulatory RN Supervisor. This position requires 2 years of RN experience and leadership experience is preferred. The pediatric specialty clinic includes neurology, developmental and behavioral health.

Supervisors provide direction to patient care staff to promote safe quality patient care and nursing services in a professionally supportive environment on a continuous basis by ensuring consistent nursing standards guide the provision of nursing care. Responsible for directing and coordinating patient care// within their defined area of responsibility// through established standards subscribed by the American Nurses Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Performs responsibilities in five areas of nursing practice: clinician// teacher// researcher// leadership and professional development. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Uses knowledge of patient’s age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
