Work-Life Balance:

Part-time schedules available. What Will You Do? Serve as the case manager, coordinating and providing nursing care with clinical oversight. In addition, you will supervise the work of CNA’s, HHA’s, etc.
Deliver compassionate care to residents across all levels of care within our CCRCs.
Foster a community where residents thrive.
Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience with home health is preferred
Current or eligible for certification in CPR

$34.45 – $41.61 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
