• 2 years of experience required in OR.

BLSrequired. ACLS and PALS preferred. Must have FL or compact licenseactive at submittal. Epic EMR.

Shift:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,and Friday 0630A-1700P.

Call:

1 shift per week after scheduled dayfor 2-4 hours and 1-2

• 12hr weekend shifts per month.

Hospitalprovides scrubs. Strong Ortho, oncology, bariatrics, vascular,neuro, trauma and robotics. Must have robotic and ortho/neuroexperience.

MUST HAVE PRIOR TRAVEL EXPERIENCE. DEGREE ACCREDITATIONMUST BE ON

PROFILE or

MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF

EXPERIENCE/n/nRadiusRule 50 miles from perm address.

FLOATING REQUIRED

• Travelers arefirst to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well.

SCHEDULE REQUESTS

must be on submission

• HCF will not beapproving RTO or schedule requests after submission.
